How we train at Powerbase Studio
Why Small Groups?
Our classes are capped at 4–6 clients so you receive coaching that’s personal, precise, and clinically informed.
Small groups allow us to:
provide hands-on corrections
adapt exercises to your needs or injury history
monitor technique closely
scale intensity safely
ensure every client progresses at the right pace
You get the guidance of 1:1 training with the motivation of a group environment — the most effective setup for consistent, long-term progress.
Meet the Team
All of our classes are led by medically trained professionals with strong clinical and performance backgrounds.
You’re not just joining a class – you’re training under expert supervision, with instructors who genuinely care about your progress.
