What to expect before your first class
Arrive a little early
Arrive 5 minutes before class to settle in and, if needed, get changed. This gives us enough time to welcome you and check in before we begin.
What to wear
and bring
Comfortable training clothes
Clean training shoes (for Strength & Conditioning)
Grip socks if you have them (for Clinical Pilates)
Water bottle
Your instructor will:
Show you around the studio
Explain any equipment used in the session
Ask about any injuries or concerns
Modify movements to suit your level and needs
